“The undiscovered life is not worth living.”

You may have heard that sentiment before. But what does it actually mean to discover ourselves? Is it a destination we arrive at, or a practice we maintain?

Mark Twain once said: “I can tell anyone how to get exactly what they want. The problem is I can’t find anybody who knows what they want.”

That is where we come in.

We are a group of facilitators who believe that success looks different for everyone. We do not sell you a structured path to a destination we define. We want to help you to understand who you are, what you really want, and to ask the right questions to let your realize your ability to get there.

We are not gatekeepers of knowledge. There are incredible resources out there for you to read and watch in nearly any domain you choose. We even write some of our own perspectives on a range of different topics. We also share pointers to some of the things we find most valuable as a collection of resources within each of the domains, or focus areas below. We invite everyone to use these as a starting point in their growth. Knowledge however, is not enough.

Knowledge is infomation. Knowledge alone doesn't change the patterns in your life. This is why self-help books rarely produce changes. There is an insightful quote, "You can not know your way to weight loss." The information is out there for everyone, so why are we not all acting on it to make ourselves fit, thin, wealthy, successful, and happy?

There is no magic formula for success, there isn't even a single version of what success is. There is no one thing that if you know it, will create for you endless happiness.

The truth is: Making changes, moving foward in life is hard work. Even just identifying what we really want enough to make those changes is work. You can go it alone, or, you can bring a coach into the conversation.

The truth is: We all benefit an external perspective. No one can really look at themselves objectively. We all have blindspots, and a tendency to see ourselves differently than we see other people doing the same things.

Each of us in this collective spend dedicated time working to coach each other. Not just to know both sides of the coaching work that we do, we are all still ourselves working on our own growth trajectories. We are all students of the human experience. We are here for the interactive discussion, the “intentional experimentation,” and the honest feedback that helps you see past your own blind spots. We can push past the surface answers and help you to find the real truth within yourself.

We want to help you assist you in discovering for yourself who you really are, what you truly want, and to show you that there's much less holding you back than you imagine.

Our work is about discovering and building you. We don’t look back to heal old wounds; we look forward to build new tools. Take a look at our view on coaching to understand this in more detail.

We are able to meet you where you're at and help you to find your way to navigate and overcome the challenges that you in front of you on right now. Some of the specifc area we have frequently worked in are broken out below, but our ability to engage doesn't stop there. Explore the domains below, and the coaches that we have who work in each domain. Read what we have to say, what our past clients have said about us, and decide how we can best catalyze your growth. We offer coaching sessions (online and in person), as well as periodic workshops or small group retreats, and

, we want to support your growth.

We invite you to Observe, Experiment, Reflect, Integrate and Connect.
