Terms

These Terms govern a client's engagement with Yomonsni ("we," "us," or "our") for coaching services, and with any workshop or retreat offered in connection with those services.

1. Introductory Conversation. Before we accept a client's first booking, we ask that the client and their intended coach — or, in the case of a workshop or retreat, one of the coaches hosting that event — first speak for a complimentary, no-obligation conversation of approximately thirty minutes. This conversation exists so that both the client and the coach can, in good faith, confirm that the relationship is a good fit before anything is booked, and we encourage every prospective client to use it accordingly.

2. Bookings and Cancellations. Once that introductory conversation has taken place and a booking is confirmed, the booking is final, and no refund will be issued. We ask that a client take the introductory conversation seriously for exactly this reason, so that a booking is only ever made once the client feels genuinely ready to proceed.

3. Nature of Coaching. Coaching, as practiced here, is a process of reflective conversation offered in support of a client's own growth and self-discovery. Nothing in a coaching relationship obligates a client to take any particular action, nor should anything said in a session be understood as a directive to do so. Any action a client chooses to take in their own life, whether during or after a coaching engagement, is taken entirely of that client's own free will, and the client alone is responsible for that choice and for whatever outcome, favorable or otherwise, may follow from it. Coaching does not promise, and should not be understood to promise, any particular result.

Our ethical code: every coaching relationship here is built on consent, confidentiality, and the client's own pace — a coach's job is to walk alongside you, never to lead you somewhere you haven't chosen to go.

Our mission: to help people move forward from exactly where they are, in whichever part of life needs it most.
