This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Yomonsni ("we," "us," or "our") with respect to information collected in connection with yomonsni.com (the "Site") and the coaching services offered in connection with it.
1. Information Collected by the Site. The Site itself does not collect, store, or process any personal information regarding its visitors. No analytics services, tracking technologies, or cookies are employed for the purpose of monitoring, profiling, or identifying visitors to the Site.
2. Booking and Event Registration. The scheduling of coaching sessions and registration for workshops or retreats is conducted through third-party platforms external to the Site. Such platforms collect only the information voluntarily submitted by the user for the purpose of completing the applicable booking or registration, and such information is not retained following the completion of that purpose.
3. Confidentiality of Coaching Sessions. All communications and matters discussed during a coaching session are treated as strictly confidential. A coach may, in the ordinary course, maintain written session notes and, solely where the client has provided prior, express consent, a recording of a session. Such notes and recordings shall not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstance, except where disclosure is compelled by a court or other body of competent jurisdiction pursuant to applicable law, and then only to the extent such notes or recordings remain in existence at the time such disclosure is compelled. All session notes and recordings are permanently destroyed no later than ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the applicable coaching engagement.
