From a young age Norm has never shied away from asking the deep questions, not only of himself, but of others he's been close to. Having a powerful connection to Hamlet's, "This above all else, to thine own self be true," Norm has always tried to meaningfully uncover who his own true self is.
With an understanding that we all wear many faces in different settings, and experience watching the transformation in himself and others even from a simple change of clothes, or environment. Norm is experienced at helping to sort through the different faces and layers and levels of inner confusion to help you to see your real core self.
What's holding you back from being who you really want to be?
I am a long time anxiety sufferer and over-thinker.
I have always wanted to be a mother but when the time came that my husband and I were meant to be “ready” I panicked! Strangely, it wasn’t birth or motherhood itself that scared me though. I was terrified of the unknowns associated with pregnancy. That’s when I met Norm.
I only saw Norm a handful of times before there was a bizarre shift within me and I wasn’t so scared anymore. We would sit and talk – he is so comfortable to talk to – and I would have relaxation massages. I always felt positive when I left but not “fixed” or anything crazy, just in a good place. I felt like I had more strength and I had support to bring that out. My husband calls Norm my “spirit guide” because if I was slipping into a bad headspace he would be able to guide me through and out the other side.
I got through my pregnancy after all and now have a gorgeous 10 month old little boy. I did have the strength – I just needed some guidance to find it.

Words are symbols of meaning, they represent ideas and concepts outside of the mark on the page or the screen or the sound in our ears. However, this representation is not nearly a static thing, for language evolves with the rhythm of our breath and the turning of the world. The meaning of a word is colored by culture, history, by our own personal experiences and insights, acting like a prism that refracts the light of our intent.

You might find yourself nodding along as you read, noticing how that phrase echoes in your own quiet moments. Perhaps you’ve waited for a sign, wondering when exactly you’ll feel prepared enough to begin.
