The concept of an enclave builds on top of the cluster. The enclave is the entire extended family group, ranging from 30 to 90 individuals, and bound within a shared sense of living style and interests.

This size is something of a tribe in our evolutionary sense, where everyone can know everyone else well, but within which there are some definite specialized roles. Ideally, eventually, each enclave would have it's own living area, something of a commune, or in urban modern construction a few floors of an apartment building.

In many ways, each enclave is it's own family, so the house rules within can be pretty unique because of the shared interests and openness between members.
