Yomonsni aims for the development of all Jassia to have this long term dynamic with a single Siazul. Each of us is capable of listening and trusting deeper the more we have spent time with and liked and respected someone. As growth and development are the objective, everything we can do to facilitate it is used unabashedly.
That's not to say that you will never change to another Siazul, as your development and journey in life may take you places, physically and mentally, where you would be better served with another Siazul. The aim though is for minimal movement and maximal stability for each phase of your progress.
It is worth noting that everyone participating in Yomonsni, is always a Jassia to another Siazul. This dynamic is something that everyone participates in as a Jassia every step of life within Yomonsni. Fundamentally, everyone is still developing, becoming, and benefits from having a Siazul to help them.
All effort is made to ensure that each Jassia is well matched to their Siazul, in temperment, outlook and interests to better facilitate and catalyze growth an development. At this very early stage of Yomonsni, this is achieved through careful selection of clients as there is not much variety in Siazul. As Yomonsni grows, this will be achieved through more objective psychological evaluation and matching.
